Cooking
For crust, combine bread crumbs, chopped nuts, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Add the melted butter. The mixture spread in a greased form with a removable Board.
For the filler, mix cream, 0.5 cups of sugar, flour and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the eggs and whisk again.
Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 40-50 mins at 180°. Without removing from the mold, allow the cheesecake to cool.
Prepare protein frosting. To do this, whisk the whites with missed twice through a fine sieve with icing sugar to obtain a stable shiny foam. Whisking, gradually add the honey.
Same as protein, prepare the glaze of cocoa. On the finished cheesecake apply layers of glaze protein. On top of the still liquid frosting, apply the patterns of dark glaze. Then with a toothpick or fork to swipe a zig-zag line to get the "marble" effect. Allow the glaze to harden.
After about 30 minutes, carefully remove the side forms and put "cheesecake" in a cool place for 4 hours.
