Chicken gizzards (navel) rinse well, if necessary, cleaned and cut into 2 parts. Chop the onion rings quarter, fry together with stomach. Chickpeas I had previously washed and stored in p/e package in the freezer. After this procedure, it cooks faster. If not, soak overnight. Add the chickpeas to the bellies, pour hot water and simmer (boil ) until tender. Quince cut into cubes and add to the chickpeas with the stomachs + saffron, paprika, red pepper and salt. Simmer until soft quince. Garlic to clean, chop and add 2-3 minutes until cooked meals.
