Description

Ginger cake
In Latvia, traditionally during the new year holidays on the table, there are biscuits with honey and spices, called "gingerbread cookies", which literally translates: pepper biscuits, but actually add different spices to taste. There are more sweet or, conversely, burning mouth (not for small children). In any store You run into packaging such brown biscuits or ready-made flavorful dough (bake at home with the children). Today will offer a soft version of "gingerbread cookies", I even like this more. The dough can be prepared in advance and keep the day in the fridge.
