Currant muffins with whole wheat flour
You'll love these delicious cupcakes. The berry flavor reminds you of summer in the dead of winter.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Black currants

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Wheat and whole wheat flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon.

Egg whisk with sugar. Add to dry mixture and stir.

Put the yogurt and knead the dough.

Add the berries and stir.

The finished dough pour into molds (if not silicone molds, then pre-grease). Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
