Tender chicken liver.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Mix all ingredients for marinade, mix well and pour the washed, dried chicken liver(if pieces are large - cut). Stir with a wooden spoon, leave for 1-1,5 hours to marinate, during this time, stir a few times.
