Cake
The cake is delicious. Little test. A lot of fruit!!!!!.. Easy to prepare. Can be used any canned fruit. I cooked with pineapples))))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Pineapple

    380 g

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

Cooking

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. until the mixture turn white

Add flour...Separately whisk the whites in a cool foam....mix with egg yolks and flour.....Pour the dough on a baking sheet zastelennye parchment paper greased with butter...and bake about 10 minutes at a temperature of 220

Pineapples finely chop, mix with 70 g of sugar

Soak gelatin in cold water .3 whisk egg yolks with the remaining sugar until white

Mix the egg yolks with the pineapple...and cook on slow heat until thick..mass...stirring occasionally

Cream whisk...

Hot thickened cream dilute gelatin....remove from the heat....The post stand 10 minutes....Then mix with whipped cream

Pick up a deep form in which you are going to put our cake...Cut the cake into 2 or three parts...depends on the shape(I used a muffin tin)...will Zastelen the form of a film...put on the bottom of the first layer of dough...

Pour half of the cream...then close the second layer...repeat the cream..on..the third layer..(If you have 2...so the Dough+cream+cookie dough...)

Wrap in foil...and put a few hours in the cold...until fully cured!!
