The idea to bake this cake I owe Kate (Kathleen Zay) and the recipe for her pancakes to a brown oil. Basically, I was thinking to bake a cake for applesauce with brown sugar and whole wheat flour. But, it seemed to me somehow boring and mundane. But, adding recipes brown oil, which gave the cakes a light nutty notes combined with caramelized cane sugar TM "Mistral", baking has acquired a magical taste! Help yourself!

For preparing a cupcake is better suited sour or sour-sweet apples durum.
