My husband brought home from hunting boar. Cooked this recipe for wild boar meat has a characteristic odor and taste, it turns out very soft and tender. Try it!

That's all we need. Wash the meat, cut into large pieces, salt. Head of garlic, peel and cut into slices.
On a baking sheet lay out two sheets of foil. On the foil put the meat, pour it with garlic and coat with mustard on all sides. I spread the entire jar, don't be afraid that there will be many.
Wrap tightly with foil so that during cooking it is not revealed. Leave to rest for a couple of hours. During this time the meat to be fed with mustard and garlic become soft.
