Description
This is the name I came up with to my dish invented not by accident. Husband asked me to cook for dinner roast veal, and I was bored to fry, as always, as usual... so I came up with to wrap the veal in a coat... with red bean and red bell pepper! It was very tasty and my husband was pleased with my culinary skills :)) Hope you enjoyed!

Cooking
To prepare the products
The meat is well washed, free from bones and films and cut into small square pieces. Fry in a pan with olive oil and when it turns pink, throw in the frying finely chopped onion
finely chop the red bell pepper and add to roasting, mix well.
Beans from a can to tilt in drushlag, drain off the liquid, and throw in a roast when the meat is half done. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat for about an hour. It is, of course, can be ready faster, but for best taste, and if there is, it is better to let it out a little longer on low heat. Five minutes before turn the heat off, I added in the hot finely chopped cilantro.
The roast is ready! You can bring to the table. Garnish to it I made mashed potatoes. Put a slide on a large plate and decorate with sprigs of cilantro and dill.
