Cooking
Soak beans overnight in cold water.
In the morning the water is drained, fill it again with cold water to cover the beans for 1.5-2 cm and cook until ready on low heat for about 2 hours with the lid closed (in a pressure cooker is two times faster). Do not add salt. If cooking with canned beans, just put them in a saucepan and heat.
Hot beans along with the liquid they were boiled in, put in a bowl.
Finely chop the parsley, tomatoes - diced. I have red tomatoes and yellow, but you can only do red, the taste did not suffer.
In hot bean squeezing a couple of cloves of garlic, put a tablespoon of sesame paste, the juice of one lemon, parsley, tomatoes, salt and mix everything.
On top decorate with tomatoes and parsley and pour olive oil.
