Pancakes
Refreshing pancakes with mint flavor and a hint of lemon will appeal to all lovers of mojitos and diversify the menu at the carnival. And if you replace the egg with Flaxseed flour, you get a lean option.

Ingredients

  • The broth

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a warm and mint broth dissolve the yeast with salt and sugar

Add the egg, zest.

Sift the flour, pour in the oil. Stir and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes

Stir again, leave for another 10 minutes and bake pancakes on the heated frying pan on both sides. Bon appetit!
