1. Break the pasta into 4 pieces (I do this directly in the packet) and boil in lightly salted water until tender. 2. While boiling pasta, fry the minced meat in rust.oil on a slow fire, salt. I also added black pepper and curry. 3. Take the pan (this size, so freely intermix) on the bottom spread about a quarter of the stuffing and 1 tbsp of butter, then filter a portion of pasta, rinsed and in the pot, continue alternating beef, butter, pasta. In the end, all gently stirred. With this method the meat without effort is evenly distributed in the pasta. Bon appetit!
