Cooking
Rice and wheat cereal, pour 0.5 Cup of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes. Then finely chopped onion, egg, rice wheat combine with minced meat. Add salt and spices. From the finished stuffing make small meatballs and roll in flour, fry until Golden brown.
Finely chopped onions fried in sunflower oil, then add tomatoes, diced, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add the flour, stirring. Pour 1 tbsp. boiling water, adding salt and spices, cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Thinly sliced zucchini, carrots, diced bell peppers to put on the meatballs.
Now pour the prepared sauce and bake in a well heated oven for about 30 minutes at 200C.
Baked meatballs, sprinkle with grated cheese and put for 5 minutes in the oven. The meatballs are ready. Bon appetit!
