To beat lightly the slices of salmon, sprinkle with dill, drizzle with lemon juice and pepper, put 1 tsp mayonnaise and a good smear.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater and spread on chops, svehu to put a piece of butter.
Roll chops in rolls. Sprinkle dill and spices.
1 egg and 1tbsp. L. starch, whisking until frothy. Ready to dip rolls in batter
and fry until Golden brown. Inside of the finish fried rolls formed a delicate cheese sauce.
For a side dish you can serve with rice, boiled potatoes or baked vegetables. Do not have to take the red fish. Any other favorite fish will be as pleasant to the taste, with a delicate cheese sauce inside.
