Unusual maladroitly bread
This is my 50th anniversary recipe on the "Cook". The basic recipe I took from the instructions for my HP and little added. I must say that my HP has a program for mastrogiacomo bread and the bread is baked almost 5! hours. I decided to experiment and bake the same bread on basic program in just 4 hours and 5 minutes. Honestly, the difference I felt. So, who loves experimenting with bread, Wellcome! This bread turns out with a slight acidity due to the Dijon mustard. If the acidity does not like, the quantity of mustard can be reduced.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Black tea

    240 ml

Cooking

Put all the ingredients into the bucket in HP according to the instructions.

To set "native mode", I have size M, color brown – dark, baking time is 4 hours and 5 minutes

Here is the finished bread, on all sides.

A bit "blown away", but still good! Weight – 600 g. The bread to cool on a wire rack under a towel.
