Pies with a pseudo-mushroom stuffing
The filling for these open pies really reminded me of pickled mushrooms. But even if someone does not have any such Association, then the pies with a succulent vegetable filling seemed delicious. Seasonal recipe when a lot of zucchini, herbs, young garlic. Pies with salty air filling in a yeast dough with a tasty brew TM Ochakovo, with both sour and sweet for every taste

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Yeast dough

    300 g

  • Zucchini

    0.5 kg

  • Brew
