Sausages of harshika
when the usual burgers tired.. do with vegetables.. and when you are tired .. make sausages:) a bit of harshika, onion, little carrot, pepper, and tomatic....

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Oregano

  • Basil

  • Marjoram

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions, carrots, garlic peel, pepper to wash, remove the core, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Pepper finely chop the onion and garlic finely chop and fry in small amount of oil, add the carrots and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, add oregano, Basil, marjoram, thyme.

Milk, egg and bread mix until smooth with a blender.

Beef, vegetable seasoning and bread mix well, add the chopped greens, season with salt and pepper.

To form a sausage, roll in breadcrumbs, wrap tightly with foil.

Put in molds and bake in a preheated 215 the oven for 40 minutes.
