The highlight of marinating the carrot long ago I read on the Internet, but, alas, lost the recipe and could not find. Remember, it's just that 1 kg of meat 1 kg carrots, and rubbed one piece on a coarse grater, and the other on fine, and all is well shifted hands with the meat. This I used, just in a different way. Ready liked these kebabs for everyone.

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces
Worn in the meat and carrots to add hops-suneli, salt, pepper and squeeze the juice of two lemons.
