Salmon baked with tomatoes and olives

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    2 piece

  • Green olives

    0.5 can

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Soy sauce

  • Dill

Fish - the fresher, the better.

Marinate in mixture of soy sauce and mayonnaise for half an hour.

Olives and tomato slice.

In the form on the foil place the fish, tomatoes, then olives and top with the sprigs of dill. Pour on the fish the rest of the marinade.

Bake at 200-220 degrees for 20 minutes, covering the second half of the foil. The foil is attached to the sides so that the inside was air.
