Description
Apple cakes are my one of favorites. Collect and write Apple baking recipes where possible. This recipe is from the magazine "Home restaurant" for 2013 (thanks to my Olenka for it). Pie is simple to prepare, but very tasty. My household is not indifferent. Winter repeated three times. Found saved pictures and decided to show you. On the website there is a recipe with the same name, but the cakes are different in composition, respectively, and taste.

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. A thin stream pour in vegetable oil. Mix well.
Mix with the flour sifted with the baking powder and cinnamon. Nuts grind in a blender. Add to the batter. Mix well.
Apples wash, dry, peel and remove the core. Cut into small cubes.
Enter the apples to the dough. Mix well.
Put the dough in silicone molds and put in preheated oven.
Bake at 170S about 40 - 45 minutes. Ready pie to cool 10 minutes in pan, then on wire rack.
The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
