  • Milk

    0.5 piece

  • Baton

    2 slice

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Eggs and milk mix in a deep dish

Beat well, but not to the foam, add salt to taste, add spices for the Amateur

Cut the bread slices

Liberally soak with beaten egg and milk

On a heated pan to drip sunflower-seed oil. Lay soaked slices of bread. Cook until lightly browned. Flip.

Pour the remaining beaten egg and milk. Cover with a lid. On low heat 5 min.

The omelet is ready. You can decorate herbs, or grated cheese for everybody.
