Cooking
Prepare the products.
In a Cup put the yeast and sugar, add 50ml of warm water. Stir and leave until the "cap".
Chop the onion, olives and herbs.
In a pan pour 1tbsp. L. vegetable oil, put onion. Lightly fry.
In a Cup put fried onions, olives, greens and vegetable oil ( 4 tbsp). Add the warm salted water and yeast mass. Stir. Then add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover the Cup with a towel and put in warm place for 1 hour.
The dough is ready. Increased in volume.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces and shape the loaves ( on request pet helpers))).
Spread on a baking sheet. Leave for 30 minutes.
Put in preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
Serves bread, a little cool.
