Pancake roll
Rich festive cake with double filling. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Damn

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

Cooking

Minced meat fry in a pan until tender. Fry until Golden brown and onion. Season with salt to taste.

Mix onion with ground beef. Cool.

Eggs to grate on a fine grater.

Grate cheese on a fine grater and add to the eggs.

Add the garlic.

Add mayonnaise or sour cream, and salt to taste.

Bake the pancakes and allow to cool.

Grease the pancake with egg filling.

Then pour the meat filling. Rolled into a roll. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
