Honey cake with walnuts
Soft balls of honey, walnuts and sweet cream - this is the whole secret of the charm cake "Мiellee". Will delight all sweet tooths!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

The required ingredients. I will specify at once: a Glass of 200 ml.

Start making the cake. Honey and sugar put to heat in a water bath.

Heated and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add a teaspoon (no slides) of soda. The mixture should turn white and increase in volume.

Now start blending in the flour. The dough should not stick to your hands. Write ~ 3 cups, because it took me exactly how many (you may need a little more, but don't overdo it).

I made the cake many times, and experimented with the size of the balls. It is baked quickly ~7-8 minutes. The balls should be soft. Do not overdo, otherwise there will be "oak" and saturated. Large beads turns this much.

If the balls are smaller, then bake no more than 4 minutes. They get much more))) and they are impregnated faster.

While our balls are cooling, make the cream. Mix all the ingredients.

And carefully whisk until a homogeneous mass. Nuts grind.

We start to gather our cake. We put in a pan or form that you need to pre-pave with cling film. On the bottom of the form put 3-4 tablespoons of the cream. Then the number of the balls. Lubricated cream and sprinkle with nuts.

So spread the balls until they run out. If the cream left - fill from the top. The last layer of nuts doesn't go there. All remaining nuts we use for cake decorating.

Leave the cake at room temperature to stand for 1.5-2 hours. Then, put into the fridge for the night. If the beads are large to infuse the cake needs longer. In the morning take out and turn over.

Remove the plastic wrap. It can be removed very easily.
