Chicken wings wash, dry on a towel.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Prepare marinade: soy sauce squeeze 2 cloves of garlic, add the pepper and honey. Stir until complete dissolution of honey.
Marinate the wings in this marinade and leave for 10 minutes
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the remaining garlic, the sliced. Fry wings on both sides.
Fried wings folded into a stewing pot, pour in marinade and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
Ready wings lay on a dish, garnish with parsley, pour the sauce from the quenching and serve.
