Brisket baked
A very tasty dish. Tender pork, flavorful potatoes. And if you sprinkle when serving, cut green onions, you can just "mouth"!!! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 kg

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

Pork wash, dry on a napkin and cut into small pieces. To prepare the marinade.

Mix 200 g of mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic, add the finely crumbled Bay leaf, seasonings, salt, pepper. Put the pork in the marinade for 24 hours in the cold.

Pieces of pork and put into a form or into a greased vegetable oil a baking pan, flatten, put a layer of finely cut into cubes of potatoes.

Pour a layer of potatoes with mayonnaise, sprinkle with pepper, salt and seasonings. Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
