Description
Tasty rice bread in a slow cooker, gluten free, very similar to "real" bread, which is very important when baking without wheat flour.

Cooking
In a small bowl mix warm water (125 ml) sugar, then add the yeast. Stir and leave for a few minutes, until cap.
In another bowl mix the egg, add salt, flour and the yeast. Add 100 ml of water and stir the dough until smooth. Bring the dough to the consistency of thick cream, adding gradually the remaining water (total 160 ml)
The Cup multivarki lubricated with good oil, pour it dough, cover and leave for an hour. POS closed cover and at a constant temperature of the dough rises well. Then include the program baking for 45 minutes. After the program completes, allow the bread stand for 10 minutes, take out.
