Biryani millet
Millet has long been grown in India and there is a dish of millet is very popular. I'm not a big fan of millet, but this recipe won me over! Spicy, tender, flavorful millet just melts in your mouth, and in combination with ritai is just a delight! Try it and You!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    2 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Green beans

    0.25 cup

  • Carrots

    0.25 cup

  • Potatoes

    0.25 cup

  • Peas

    0.25 cup

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Mint

    0.333 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    4 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Zira

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

Cooking
