Description

Cheese pie
Delicious pie, and sometimes pamper yourself. Of unutilized proteins and even meringues do.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    3 cup

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Cream

    2 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chop the butter, add the sifted flour, salt and sour cream. Knead the dough until then, until it stops sticking to the vessel walls.

Then from the dough to form a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

While the dough is in the fridge, begin making the filling. In a separate container to grate cheese. Add the flour and mix this well.

Now in another vessel whisk our egg yolks with cream and salt. You can add 1/8 tsp of red pepper will add some zest pie. I did not add it.

Chilled dough roll into a round layer on a slightly floured Board. Using a rolling pin, the dough shift in the form. (I have a form of silicone, so oiling is not necessary, one metal form - must be lubricated with oil). Rosen pour cheese layer on the dough. Then pour the cheese egg yolks with cream.

Bake the pie for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce heat to 150 degrees and bake until it is browned.
