I offer a very versatile and flavorful taste of my cheesecake. Constant yeast based cheese taste combined with a nice poppy, and finally streusel - the original crisp crust. Almonds, cane sugar, cocoa, orange - all the flavors harmoniously combined strzelam!

Cooking
I used the yeast that is added directly into the flour and knead the dough in the bread maker. This took the warm milk, melted margarine, protein, sugar, vanilla, sifted flour, salt and yeast and put the bucket in the bread machine. Mode dough kneading for 20 minutes and hour and 10 min - approach test. You can prepare the dough by hand. If the yeast is fresh or require pre-activation, it is necessary to add yeast in warm milk with sugar and a small amount of flour and leave the dough for 15-20 min. Then knead the main dough of the remaining products, adding the yeast mixture.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling and streusel. For toppings I used poppy seed filling is ready (filled with hot water according to instructions). If I add a normal Mac, it needs to boil in boiling water for about 7 minutes and drain in a colander. So, mix cane sugar, curd, egg and poppy - get a filling. For strazile mix the softened butter, sifted flour, cane sugar, cocoa, egg, chopped almonds (not very finely). Kreisel sent in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to frozen, but was not stone.
The finished dough roll out to a thickness of about cm and cut circles. My diameter is 7 cm. Then take a glass of smaller diameter and squeezes the middle.
