I had a piece of salmon without bones - fillet razmorozhennogo already on the skin. The time for defrosting is not taken into account. Cut the salmon into serving pieces, dry with paper towel, sprinkle with pepper, it is better to grind here, herbes de Provence and garlic powder. Lightly RUB it into the fish. In a separate bowl mix 1 tbsp olive oil with soy sauce, then pour the fish and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes.

Orange cut crosswise into thin slices, put on the fish. On each slice of orange dripping soy sauce and sprinkle with dry dill. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at medium heat.
