Description
The Julia Child Recipe. The dish is very much family. I will cook some more in this and other embodiments. Turned out, according to her husband, "pancake lasagna". A lot of calories and very tasty.

Cooking
The cheese sauce. Pour the flour into a saucepan and gradually add the milk, knead until smooth. Place on high heat, add oil. Bring to boil with constant stirring. Cook for about 2 minutes, the Sauce will be very thick. Egg mix with 1/4 tsp salt. Remove from heat the sauce and enter the egg mixture. Vigorously stir. Adding seasonings and tasting.
Allow to cool a few minutes and enter the grated cheese. It's a cheese sauce.
Tomato sauce. Fry onions in olive oil for 6-8 minutes. Beat in the tomatoes, garlic, herbs, spices, salt and cook on low heat under closed lid about 30 minutes. Check for salt.
The filling of chicken. Sauté the chicken in butter. green onions, salt, season, pour in the vermouth and ovarium it. Introduce 1/2 Cup of cream cheese.
Here is our stuffed chicken.
Finely chopped broccoli fry in butter. Flavoring, salt. Add 1/2 Cup of cream cheese.
Mushrooms Julia offers to cook and mix with 1/2 Cup of the cheese sauce. I have fried mushrooms, hand-collected and rolled.
In a greased form put 1 pancake. It smeared 1/2 of the filling No. 1, the following pancake toppings 1/2 # 2 and so on, until crepes and filling, ending. The rest of the cheese sauce warmed with 1/5-1/4 Cup of milk, stir and pour our turret. Sprinkle with grated cheese. And here I blundered. Began to read the recipe to find out - where you need tomato sauce, blame the translators. And in the end alone put tomato sauce on the edge of the turret and sprinkled with parsley. Then look at the end of the recipe - serve with tomato sauce, sprinkled with parsley.
Put our turret to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
And as I wrote above, serve sprinkled with parsley and with tomato sauce. Bon appetit.
