Cooking
A chicken breast to carve, removing the bones, fat. Dry.
Mix spices, garlic, salt, pepper. Spices come from absolutely any, on your taste. Without them, if it is prepared for the children.
Dried breast rubbed with spices, cover and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
In a pan with a thick bottom and pour in the milk. Milk need as much as you have meat. I.e. 500 g meat 500 ml of milk. Milk to boil.
Put the marinated Breasts in boiling milk, let boil, and hold for exactly 1 minute.
Cover the pan with a lid, wrap. Leave for 2 hours or until cool.
After 2 hours the meat is ready.
