Chicken thighs grilled in Chinese style
Very flavorful chicken thighs grilled for Chinese food lovers. Make them simply with a lattice-grill from the Forester.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

For cooking take chicken thighs, wash, dry paper towel.

Add the soy sauce, honey, curry powder, a mixture of peppers, juice of half a lemon, ginger.

Also put chopped garlic, roughly chopped onions.

Mix well, put in a package and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

To prepare the thighs take the grille-grill from the Forester. The grille is very convenient. It is spacious, you can cook for a big company, it has a very long comfortable handle and secure lock. Cook on a lattice is a pleasure!

Grease the grate with oil.

Make a grill. When the coals are covered with a white coating of ashes, put the grate on the grill. On the grill put the chicken thighs (without onions) with the skin down. Close the grill.

Bake the thighs on both sides, turning occasionally grill. I turned 4 times. Total prep time - 20 minutes. Serve the thighs from the grill once hot with vegetables and greens. Bon appetit!
