Description

Pork baked with tomatoes
Hello! This dish was born spontaneously. I sent your man to the supermarket, and he, among other things, produced 2.5 kg pork tenderloin on the action! And tomatoes are delicious (well, at least not plastic) and mozzarella cheese (1 cheese). I chopped down piggy on steaks and I think you need the getter to reward the deserved. In the fridge there was a duty jar of processed cheese "Friendship& quot; (2 th cheese), and solid (3-d) cheese, of course. What came out of it - go, tell it! But my producer was very pleased. PS special thanks to Natasha (NataliM-2015) for a ciabatta recipe with which all this was vmeshalas http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/125 776/

Cooking

step-0
Here is our main ingredient.
step-1
And here is the rest. As you can see, all very simple.
step-2
A good place to start repelling our pork. Lubricated on both sides with mustard. Mustard take it to your discretion, since in the finished dish it doesn't feel, but the softness gives. Put in a container for baking, cover with film and leave to marinate for half an hour.
step-3
After half an hour, get our otbivnoy, salt, pepper to taste (remember, cheese is salty). Lubricates cream cheese (I slightly diluted with water to the consistency of thick cream) and covered by slices of tomato.
step-4
And slices of mozzarella. Covered with foil and put into the oven ( approx. 200 degrees) for 50-60 minutes.
step-5
In an hour almost to get the finished dish out of the oven, remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it back until it will turn brown.
step-6
Here and you're done! Tender meat with a pronounced creamy tomato flavor - just to die for!
step-7
And served with any side dish. We ate with tomatoes and ciabatta from Natasha (NataliM-2015). Very tasty! Bon appetit!
