Spicy rabbit with potatoes in the oven
Rabbit in cream sauce, baked in the oven with potatoes, onions and fennel. The fennel gives the dish a noble spice for my taste, requiring no additional spices. Saffron is used more for the color... help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Fennel

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Saffron

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

To wash the rabbit. Me half. Wash and peel the vegetables. To prepare the spices. Here is a set.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Cut the potatoes into wedges, cut off from the green fennel tops. Onions and fennel is also cut into slices. Put all the vegetables in a baking dish, sprinkle with saffron or spices of Your choice, sprinkle with salt and mix well.

Cut the rabbit into nice pieces. I only have half of this charming creature, so cut into small pieces. Convenient to do it universal scissors.

Sprinkle pieces of rabbit with saffron or Your favorite spice, salt, chopped greens of fennel and add sour cream. Stir. Put warm up the oven to 180*

Put the rabbit pieces in the sauce for vegetables. Put it into the preheated oven for 1 hour. Be guided by Your oven!!!
