Vegetable pea porridge with potatoes
Vegetable pea porridge with potatoes and fried onions, baked in a pot. It is very tasty. Almost gruel, only it involves the addition of millet. Today I millet not added, was made easier. Kulesh — soup, generally of millet, with the addition of other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Peas

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Boil the peas. 1 Cup of peas 3 cups water. Cook peas for 15 minutes.

Peel, and cut potatoes. Potatoes cut into cubes.

Send the peas and cook for another 15 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Onion cut into half rings.

Pour oil in a pan, heat it.

Arrange the onion and fry it until cooked.

In a pot pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, they daubed the walls of the pot and put the peas with the potatoes. In the center, inside put a clove of garlic whole.
