Meat sauce Mexican-style
When you need a quick and tasty to feed the family or unexpected guests, the best thing you can come up with is to make pasta with meat sauce. A minimum of time and products maximum success! Recently I very often prepare different sauces in the Chinese or Italian style, but this one I like the most, so I suggest it to you, dear cooks!

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste

  • Pasta

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

  • Sunflower oil

Lean pork or chicken breast cut into thin strips. The white part of the leeks cut into rings, peppers into pieces. Chili remove seeds and finely chop. At the same time, you can put water for pasta.

In a pan heat the oil, fry the meat, stirring constantly so that it "grabbed" from all sides. Add leeks, bell pepper and chili pepper, mix well.

On the back of the tomatoes to make a cruciform incision and toss for a minute in boiling water. I throw straight to the pasta. As soon as the skins will burst, to get the tomatoes, cool under cold water, remove the skins. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and add to the meat. If you have the Bank ready canned tomatoes, just pour its contents into a pan.

The pan cover with lid, simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato paste, a little water, salt and pepper the meat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Once the meat is ready, beans from a can, drain, rinse and add to the pan. Bring the sauce to mind, that is, pour the water density, adjust as needed, but the sauce should not be too liquid. To taste add favorite spices, for example, a teaspoon of dried garlic, taste for salt. Still hold a fire for two minutes and turn off the stove. The sauce is ready.
