Easter wreath
Easter pastries. Recipe from Dr. Oetker.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    80 ml

Cooking

Knead the dough: Flour mixed with baking powder. In flour, add vanilla sugar, milk, egg whites, sugar, cottage cheese, vegetable oil.

Divide the dough into 3 parts.

To weave in and out of the test pigtail.

To make a paper ball. Wrap it with foil (several layers). Around the ball to stretch the pigtail is supposed to be a wreath.

A wreath of grease yolk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in the oven at 200C for 25 minutes.
