If you like liver, definitely try to cook skewers in a lemon marinade with mint. I took the liver of sheep.

Cooking
1. Lemon to clean and use juicer to make the juice.
2. Garlic peel and cut into slices. Mint to break it. Mix everything in the bowl, add salt and pepper. Oil mixed with lemon juice, add to a Cup. Liver wash, dry, cut into pieces, put in the marinade and mix well.
3. Cover with film and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The liver then strung on skewers and cook on the grill until tender. But can be cooked in the oven.
Serve with fresh vegetables and greens. Bon appetit!
