Buckwheat noodles
This is a very tasty, easy and unusual dish, which is quite simple to cook and which is a very interesting variety to your diet with the use for business))

My daughter was delighted and gobbled up 2 plates))) And this dish is very good cold the next day and goes like a salad or appetizer. I think the Japanese take it in obento boxes to work.
