Croissants with raisins in puff pastry
Very tasty croissants for tea.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.333 pack

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Sugar

Roll the dough into a square and cut into 4 pieces (squares), each quarter cut diagonally, you get a triangle.

Each triangle sprinkle with sugar and put the raisins.

To roll the rugelach, starting at the wide end

Bake in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes. Ready croissants sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
