Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

The fish is cleaned, gut, cut off head and fins. Very well wash the fish inside and remove the black film.

Do fish cuts with a sharp knife. Sprinkle fish with soy sauce, Kikkoman, wiping black pepper and Basil.

Kiwi clean and cut into pieces.

Kiwi slices are inserted into the incisions made on the fish.

The remaining part of kiwi filled the belly of the fish.

Place the fish in a sleeve for baking, tied it. Put the sleeve on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven. Bake the fish for about 45 minutes. It is served hot. Bon appetit!
