The meatballs of salmon with pumpkin
Out surprisingly juicy and tender meatballs!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mince salmon, pumpkin, onion and boiled eggs.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman". It gives special flavor to the cutlets.

To drive a raw egg, salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that soy sauce is salty! Thoroughly mix the minced meat until smooth.

Formed into round meatballs and roll them in flour.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil.
