Description
Kabob-Rogan, or cuprite. Excellent everyday food. Preparing (just) of course in the cauldron, but I did in a frying pan and a saucepan.

Cooking
Potatoes cut into large pieces and fry (I would say frituren) on the large quantity of sunflower oil.
Fry the meat (here, preferably meat with bones, ribs or hip joint) Meat fry with frequent stirring.
After which it add a lot of onions, chopped semirings (in 1kg, 500g onions)
At the end of roasting, add black pepper, cumin and crushed tomatoes or tomato paste, but remember you need less, stir and add the boiling water and check the broth for acid. Simmer about thirty minutes. (I did in the pot)
If it is sour, add sugar (to taste). Add the potatoes, Bay leaf and tormented for another 30 minutes. In the end, the finished serving add the coriander. Best served with flat bread from unleavened dough.
