Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    650 g

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Ketchup

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • A mixture of spices

  • Garlic

On the bottom of the pan put Bay leaf, cloves, a few peas of black (or mix) of pepper.

Put ribs, salt and pour water to completely tear them up, cook on medium heat until tender 35-45 minutes.
