Cooking
Prepare yeast pancakes. For casseroles, I will need about 4-5 pancakes, with a diameter of about 18 cm. the Flour is sifted and mixed with yeast.
In a large bowl mix milk, egg, sugar and salt. Whipped with a mixer until smooth. Then pour the flour with the yeast. Again whisk until smooth. Tighten the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place for 40 minutes.
During this time the dough is "perfect", will increase in size, lightly foam.
Bake pancakes on a frying pan with vegetable oil. Cool them to such a state that it was possible to take in hands and not get burned.
If meatballs are ready not, do it. The meatballs need a little. Literally 2 cm in diameter. I meatballs just boiled in a saucepan with salt (to taste) and Bay leaf).
Finely cut red bell peppers and onions. Fry them in a pan for about 2-3 minutes (with vegetable oil).
In a deep bowl pour the milk, break the egg, put grated cheese (on a large grater), chopped greens. Mix with a fork. Then add the slightly cooled sauteed vegetables (peppers and onions). Salt to taste. Is mixed again. The resulting mass is spread in greased with butter a baking dish (I form oval, 22*13 cm).
Each pancake cut into strips width 1,5-2 cm So that the diameter of the balls is approximately the same as the width of the pancake strips.
Each of the meatballs twist to the pancake bar.
Put them in a baking dish, lightly pressing in a cheese-vegetable weight (about half of each wrapped meatballs). Thus form the entire casserole.
Put the form with the casserole in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30 minutes (until a Golden crust). Casserole is ready! serve in hot or warm. Bon appetit!
