Ingredients

  • Porridge

    800 g

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cook corn porridge (about three servings), cereals were not measured. To warm porridge add the yeast. I used Dr. Oetker. Add sugar, salt, butter, mix well. Sift the flour, replace the dough.

Add to the mixture almonds and raisins. Leave in a warm place to rise twice.

I baked it in a slow cooker. So the dough rose almost to the edges of the bowl. Set the mode "Pastries" and time 60 minutes.
