Description
This is my experiment with cornmeal in bread baking. I remember baking a cake from corn grits recipe from Pillsbury, and I really liked it by the structure of the test, so I decided to try to add it to the bread. It turned out flavorful, airy bread, with bright patches of corn grits and with a slight rustling. Can be served for lunch or even for tea with jam.

Cooking
In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast, put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes for the formation of yeast beanie
Corn I soaked with boiling water for 20 minutes, so that was a little softer.
In the bowl with the dissolved yeast, add the egg, pour our cereal, along with remnants of water - mix everything together
Add cornmeal and wheat, flour not all at once add, you may need less or Vice versa a little more - it all depends on the quality of flour
Knead a thick dough and add the softened butter or margarine, carefully to knead
Now look at the dough and if needed, add wheat flour and knead not tight dough, it will be a little crumbly consistency and stick to your hands ( I want to say is that I was afraid to "score" the dough with flour, so the bread I got more air, and when lifting, the bread is a little blurred, if you want a more dense crumb, then knead for a denser dough)
Cover the bowl with a towel and put in a warm place until the dough rise (30 to 45 min), I had 30 minutes, the dough rose twice
Punch dough down and put it once again on the rise ( the second time it rose higher and faster)
Take the dough and formed in any usual way - I made two small loaves. The baking sheet I lined with parchment and sprinkled with flour
Put the bread in the proofing, for 30-40 minutes (I put in a warm oven)
The bread came, heat the oven to 180C and put to bake bread for approximately 40-45 minutes, check the oven and dry kindling. Leave the bread to get, brush the crust with oil, cover with a towel and allow to cool. I have this bread was eaten almost immediately, and I did not cut, but broken) the Bread was very delicious and flavorful! Help yourself!
