Mushroom gravy and Brussels sprouts
A thick mushroom gravy and Brussels sprouts, bell pepper and rosemary! Tasty, flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a hot pan with oil fry the chopped garlic and the cabbage (cut in half) - 1-2 minutes;

Add the sliced mushrooms and bell pepper - sauté for 1 more minute;

Add flour - fry for another 1 minute;

Pour the boiling water, salt, add the paprika and a sprig of rosemary - stir and simmer on low heat under a lid for 15 minutes;

Serve with boiled Jasmine rice from Mistral;
